Welcome to REFIRE™. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your registration for and participation in our leadership experiences. By accessing our site or registering for an event, you agree to these terms.
Website Use
The content on this website is for your general information and professional use. We strive for accuracy, but we do not guarantee that the site will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Your use of any information on this website is entirely at your own risk.
The Event Experience
REFIRE™ is a curated environment for leadership development. While we provide the frameworks and keynotes designed to transform how you lead, the actual transformation depends on your individual engagement and the application of these insights in your specific context.
Registration and Eligibility
Professional Criteria:
REFIRE™ is open exclusively to directors, executives, and business owners who actively lead teams. Participation is capped to protect the integrity of the participants. We reserve the right to review registrations and issue a full refund if an applicant does not align with the intended professional cohort.
Accuracy: You agree to provide truthful and complete information during the registration and survey process.
Payment, Cancellations, & Force Majeure
Fees: All registration fees must be paid in full to secure your seat.
Cancellations made 30 days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable but may be transferred to a qualified colleague or applied as credit for a future event.
Cancellation & Force Majeure: If the event is cancelled or rescheduled due to a Force Majeure Event, defined as any event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: hurricanes, tropical storms, mandatory evacuation orders, government-declared states of emergency, pandemics, or venue unavailability, REFIRE™ will make good-faith efforts to reschedule the engagement within twelve (12) months. In such cases, your registration fee will be credited toward the rescheduled event. If rescheduling is not possible, our liability is limited to a refund of the registration fee.
Intellectual Property
All materials, keynotes, frameworks, and "human-centered insights" shared via our website or during the event are the intellectual property of REFIRE™ or its respective speakers. While REFIRE™ facilitates these experiences, our speakers retain ownership of their individual intellectual property. You are granted a personal license to use these for your own development, but reproduction or commercial redistribution is prohibited.
Confidentiality & Conduct
The "Safe Space" Rule: To foster honest dialogue, you agree to keep any internal business challenges shared by your peers during the event strictly confidential.
Professionalism: We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or inconsistent with a respectful leadership environment.
Photography and Media
We capture the energy of our events through photography and video for promotional use. By attending, you acknowledge and agree that your image, voice, or likeness may be captured and used in future REFIRE™ marketing materials. Due to the nature of event production, we cannot guarantee the exclusion of specific individuals from group photography or background video footage.
Limitation of Liability
REFIRE™ provides leadership insights, not legal or financial advice. We are not liable for any business decisions or outcomes resulting from your attendance. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your registration.
